Terms and Conditions
Company is not responsible for any kind of loss, damages occurred during the use of any information on the website. Any kind of fake documents shown to us will be punishable and we are not liable for it. If you are involved in any kind of activity that is contempt of law at the travelling place, our company will not be involved in this.
We are not responsible for any kind of property loss during the journey. If you get any medical issue or face any illegal actions, we are not liable for it. If you are going through any activity on adventure trip and get any kind of physical damage, our company will decline to take the responsibility of it.
The charges shown on the website are based on current tariff including value added tax and company has the right to modify charges displayed on the website without any prior notice. Possibility of increasing the prices is based on the corresponding government laws. We can change the shown rates only if any fluctuation occurs in the currency or any government taxes are involved. of Use.
Bookings and Payment details
We will intimate you for the bookings by mail and thus you will be linked with our agreement policy. The contract exists between us and only after we receive the required deposit from your end. You will be upgraded by a confirmation mail with the receipt of reservation form and the detailed information that contains contact, meeting time, and departure and arrival timings. Following are some policies regarding payment:
• Deposit of 50% of the total tour price is mandatory with the reservation. 20% of the amount of total tour price is required at the time of online booking and the tour fare should be paid 13 days before departure date.
• If you want to pay through fund transfers to bank account, you have to give all information regarding tour such as name, accommodation, vehicle type, arrival date including a/c details.
• You are requested to submit all the documents that are required in fulfillment of the tour.
Mode of payment
We receive all types of major cards like credit, visa, master and American express cards. No service charge is involved using visa or master card but if you are using American Express card 3% charge applies on the total invoice. Following are the modes of payment for both domestic and international users.
• By Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft
• Electronic money transfer (RTGS/NEFT) to our bank account ((Refer to Bank Details for more info)
• Debit card verified by visa. Pay through online payment gateway using Visa & Master Card.
• Fund Transfer to our bank account (Refer to Bank Details for more info)
• Mail authorization (AMEX Visa & Master card)
• Pay through online payment gateway using Amex, Visa & Master Card
Booking Services Policy
During the booking of any service from the site, please read terms & conditions carefully. Equality on several bookings for same customer is not permitted because it can cause loss to the company. If you have to cancel bookings then contact us and take the related info from our executives. Please refer to "Cancelation and Refund Policy" for detailed info.
We provide e-tickets with the confirmation number to each user. You will have to show this e-ticket containing a unique code when asked on the travel date. Please carry your e-tickets and your identification proof documents with you. Boarding passes will be provided only when you show e-tickets and these documents.
We send a confirmation mail immediately after the payment process for hotel booking is done. We send a slip in the e-mail that include hotel address, contacts of the travel guide and services you will be provided throughout the whole trip.
Our customer care executive will call you for the confirmation of car bookings once the payment process is done. We will also send you a confirmation slip regarding car booking and all the details of the service provider.
If you are paying online it will take around 24 hrs to get the confirmation on Holidays package. Three working days may consume if we are sending the confirmation voucher at your residential address. We are not liable if you are not present at the time of delivery of the voucher.
Travel insurance will be provided to users if they ask for it. We will send the mail regarding this and it will take approx 4 to 5 hrs. In case someone is not having a mail id, he can collect the documents from our office or can choose home delivery option with an additional cost.
Passport - Passport details are mandatory for the international tours. Some of the airlines outside India ask the details before issuing the e-tickets. Following details is required:
• First Name, Last Name and Middle Name (if any)
• D.O.B, Gender
• Passport Number, Issuing Country, Expiry Date (DD/MM/YY)
Visa - You must have the valid visa for the country you want to travel. Contact concerned authorities or embassy for visa requirements. Our company does not take the responsibility of Visa, you have to arrange visa by yourself.
For those who are using airlines for travelling are allowed to have maximum 20 kg of weight of their luggage. Although the baggage allowance policy can vary with different airlines. Please check the website of airlines for related info.
Note - The information can also vary with both domestic and international flights.
Involvement of third party
Users are also bound with the terms & conditions of company’s service providers. If someone buys any service from any other service provider, we are not responsible for it. If you buy any service from the advertisement displaying on our website we are not liable for anything related to it. No third party domain should be used on our website, if found, it will be an illegal issue and user will have to face legal action.

Any dispute or any kind of legal issue will be subjected to Delhi high court.
